Frequently Asked Questions

Brian Kyle DD & Associates wants you to be comfortable with our clinic and services. Our staff will be happy to answer your questions when you call, but some of the most common questions you might have we can answer here, before you schedule your first appointment.

Do you charge a fee for consultations?

Consultations are completely free!

During the consultation, if you decide to have work done immediately, the denturist may begin right away. Before any treatment, you will be asked to make a deposit, usually half of the cost of the entire treatment.

Our denturists will discuss all treatment plans and costs during your consultation.

What forms or plans of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Interac, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not offer payment plans. And we do not take personal cheques. 

As for insurance, we will ask you to pay at the time of your service, and then our staff will assist you with submitting your insurance claims, either electronically or on paper.

We accept Ontario Works, Ontario Disability, First Nations, Veterans and many others.

Do you extract teeth, and what if I need a dentist?

The denturists at Brian Kyle DD & Associates are not dentists so we do not extract teeth.

For your convenience and needs, we work with dentists and oral surgeons, and we can recommend as well as arrange appointments with them on your behalf.

What is your process in completing dentures?

Your process from consultation to completing aftercare can vary greatly from patient to patient based on your needs and other variables depending on your unique situation.
